The owner, Niels Jørgen Nielsen, remembers:
- There was a fantastic local interest when I told about my plans of starting my own business. All the good forces - accountant, lawyer, bank, business council etc. showed incredible willingness to help and support - on their own initiative. They all knew someone who knew someone, and in that way I quickly established a fantastic network of resources for helping me in all kinds of situations.
- It was and still is dedicated people who help creating and keeping the dynamics of the local community, he says. Niels Jørgen Nielsen’s active membership of Skjern Handball also provides him with a good local and regional network.
Niels Jørgen Nielsen knows that many businesses struggle to find the manpower they need. However, he has never had any problems in this regard with MillPart. For instance, the company has hired four new employees, both skilled and unskilled, just within the last month.
