Car/Driving Licence
If you move to Denmark and bring a car with foreign registered number plates, you must re-register your car in Denmark no later than 30 days after you have moved to the country.

Also look under SKAT. If in doubt, ask TAX for help at the International Citizen Service, ICS.
Driving Licence
When you reside permanently in Denmark – as an EU resident - you can e.g use your national driving licence for two years, before you need to replace it with a Danish driving licence.
In other cases, you must replace it with a Danish driving licence after a shorter period. When and whether you must attend a Danish driving test to have your licence replaced with a Danish licence depends on your country of origin and whether you have received driving instruction corresponding to Danish standards
You can read more about the various conditions in the English version of BORGER.DK. You can also consult the International Citizen Service ICS for help to understand the rules.
